Returns & Exchanges


Your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure our products are of the highest quality. If for some reason you find that your order is unsatisfactory we will be more than happy to process your return.

  • If the item you received was damaged in shipping please email us at info@shemovesforward.com
  • You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund, however, no exchanges can be processed.
  • Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the time of purchase.
  • A receipt or packing slip must accompany all returns.
  • Refunds are issued according to the method of payment used for the original purchase.
  • Please allow a minimum of three weeks to process your return.
  • We're sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or has been damaged in shipping.
  • All sales are final on seasonal and discounted items unless mentioned otherwise.
  • No Exchanges, and No Price Adjustments.

Returning Your Merchandise
Please enclose your invoice and merchandise in like-new condition, in the original packaging and mail the package back insured (paid by customer) to the address below:
